  • The tour to Cozumel, to the lighthouse area and the reserve, was incredible. The staff was very friendly, and the tour included food. We also snorkeled on a pristine beach. I would definitely book it again. I highly recommend it. Thank you, Sandro, for booking this tour for us.

Letters from the Chi'ik

Once a month, our little explorer returns from the jungle with a story, a hidden place or a recommendation worth sharing. If you want to keep discovering the Riviera Maya even when you're not here, this letter is for you.

What most travelers want to know

  • How do I book a tour?

    Pick your tour and message us on WhatsApp with the date and number of travelers, or hold your spot online from the tour page. You pay a deposit per person ($200 MXN on most tours, $450 MXN on Isla Mujeres) and the rest on tour day.

  • Is payment secure?

    Yes. The deposit is paid through a Stripe payment link, with encryption and buyer protection; Chi'ik Adventures never sees or stores your card details. You pay the rest on tour day in cash, or by Visa or Mastercard (+5%).

  • Can I cancel my booking?

    Yes. If you cancel 24 hours or more in advance, we refund your full deposit. Less than 24 hours before, the deposit is non-refundable. See our cancellation policy for all the details.

  • Do I need to speak Spanish?

    No. Most tours have guides in English and Spanish. Plus, our team helps you on WhatsApp in both languages before and during your trip.
